Education

My education didn’t start out in marketing. In fact, I think that’s one of the reasons why I have such a good grip on Google, website development, and the likes. I started with a couple of degrees in information technology and the likes and understood how the virtual world works. That’s about the time I got a bit more interested and wanted to do more in this field. This field came easy to me and I became much intrigued.

Later, I enrolled in the University of Phoenix and pursued a BSc in It Networking. Since I wanted to try something a bit more concrete, I started to learn python and understood how websites worked and how to navigate the Google algorithm. I also went on to get a diploma in Social Media Marketing and here, I learned how social media is used by experts to market their products. Businesses that have mastered how to use it have done exponentially well.


I also got a professional diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute. I learned all there is to know about content marketing, search engine optimization, paid search, video advertising and more. I also learnt about email marketing, website optimization and other strategies.

Experience

By the time I entered the workforce—or the field of digital marketing—I was very well-equipped. Of course, there was a lot to learn because degrees don’t substitute for experience. I understood how the technology worked, how to navigate and read data. I also understood what techniques to use to expand any business. I’ve worked with companies like Trend Media Group (Digicel Group), Digicel Financial Services, and other leading institutes. These days, I am also focusing on helping other people realize their entrepreneurial dreams.

Other than my work experience and my degrees, I also have a lot to offer in terms of skills. For starters, I have expert knowledge about digital marketing.
