In some cases he was brought in to help drive digital transformation across the business and in others, his time is secured and pre-planned on a monthly basis to support a team with day to day digital projects and operations. Strategy


The first step is for Wamil to understand your business, and what you hope to achieve from your digital marketing in the short, medium and long term. Practically the process takes around 15-20 hours, spread across a couple of weeks, depending on your availability. At the end of this, you’ll have a robust and tangible set of documents that all digital activities will stem from and can be reviewed against.
 
The key to any strategy is a concise brief with clear objectives and brand proposition. Wamil will produce the brief for you to follow, either from scratch or using existing marketing material. It’s essential that all digital activities are results-driven. For this reason, a long-term marketing plan linked to expected results for each activity will be produced. Quite often, the business has not completed a formal competitor review before. This is a great time to see where you stand in the market and to highlight strengths/weaknesses and opportunities/threats.

The initial fact-finding meeting is offered with no longer-term commitment, as we may find that a digital strategy isn’t needed for your particular business.
